When Angela and Daniel reached out to book me as their wedding photographer, they were thrilled to learn that I include a complimentary engagement session with every wedding package. These sessions are perfect for save-the-dates, wedding websites, or just to have gorgeous, relaxed photos before the big day. More importantly, it’s a great way to build a connection—not just to see if we “click,” but also to give couples a feel for my shooting and editing style, setting the tone for what to expect on their wedding day.
We tossed around a few ideas for locations and themes, but in true Houston fashion, the weather had a mind of its own. So we agreed: whatever we do, it has to feel like classic elegance—with a little edge. And let me tell you, they delivered. Daniel wore a custom blazer with a subtle floral texture (a teaser for his bold wedding-day look), and Angela stunned in a flowing black chiffon gown that complemented him perfectly.
